hello my child is 6 years old he is very naughty but again and again suffered cough and cold. Then his weight is not gain Please suggest me any vitamin,calcium growth his body

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu wheregu most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant withv antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can hbe given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

If the child is having regular cough and cold that means your child is definitely going through some kind of an allergy you need to get your child check for allergies can help you with right treatment that you should be following you can also take a homeopathic treatment for the child
