Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive hvutreatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Then I think you should go ahead with a further assessment of the child for this pet would be difficult to diagnose what is the issue go ahead with a further assessment along with that also I would advise you to go ahead with nebulising De chai hopefully that is going to be quiet fruitful introducing down the congestion from the chest and route of your child
