Q.

Hello, my baby was delivered at 34 weeks and had intestinal atresia after birth. He had undergone surgery when he was 2 days old. Now he is 6 months old and I am planning to start additional food. What food shall I begin with and do I need to avoid certain food due to his previous conditions? Kindly suggest.

A. See if your child has been doing fine then I do not think so they should be any dietary restrictions but yet since we cannot be sure about these things I would recommend you to consult a nutritionist once regarding the situation and whatever is there they will be able to give you a proper diet plan for you to follow
