hello,my baby's height is 65.7cm and weighs about 7kg yesterday (3 months 14 days old).. what to do to increase her weight as her height is increasing resulting in less chubby physically.. she is on mother's milk exclusively

weight for height is also good
also if child is active alert it indicates good health
exclusively breastfeed baby till 6 months complete
