Hello my baby pooped 3 times a day .and poop is pale yellow white in colour and smells alot

A. White colour is not generally considered healthy as they can be high possibility that your child may suffer suffering with a stomach infection which is why the motion colour is white you can kindly check with your doctor on that and they will guide you and advise you on that basis itself
