hello my baby is one year, n one month old, can i give him guava juice and jammun juice or else as a fruit?????

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. Hello there. By one year of age the baby should be consuming everything that an adult takes. Only the salt and sugar and spice in the food should be less. So yes you can give Guava juice if you want. Start with very little quantity as a few babies will be sensitive to it.

shruti mangla gandhiMom of a 9 yr 2 m old boy5 years agoA. hello, fruits should always be given as whole fruits and not juices. in juices the fibre and the best part of fruits is strained. when we have whole fruits, we chew them, enjoy their taste and texture and bodies reap more benefits from it
