Hello! my baby is one month old. Since four days he is not pooping and is farting a lot. He is not constipated as when he is farting, often little drops of yellow watery stool are being found on diaper. His tummy seems bulky and he is crying especially at night. Inspite of giving gas drops, he seems irritated. Urination and feeding are normal however.
