Hello My baby is having fever from the last 2 days 102 and sometimes 100. His blood report and urine report is normal. Could you please suggest what is the reason?

Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Do sponging with salt water to relieve temperature
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food
Give adequate water
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
