Hello my baby is having 102.7 fever last night and she is having diarrhea from 3 days. She is about to cross her 8 th month and recently we observed a tooth coming . Is that fever normal? She lost her appetite also

Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Give easily digestible homemade foods and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. For fever better to consult your child’s doctor. Ensure that your child is well taken care of. Good luck and take care.
