hello my baby is having 100.7 temperature wid cold and cough. . .4days back she was having same problem but temperature gone normal within 2days.. for fever I used T48 peracetamol. should I worry or it's normal flu???

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paraggcetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can gbe again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
