Hello my baby is doing poops with mucus since afternoon what may be the reason he is saying no when i ask if his tummy is paining or not. he is 2.7 years old. attaching the picture please help.

A. add natural probiotics like curd yogurt etc in the diet if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water
