Yes You can introduce it but you can initially go for egg yellow and one yellow part at one point of time in a day not more than that and fish and chicken also you can introduce you can just shread them and then you can introduce it to the child because that way your child can easily swallow with whatever recipe you want to make you can understand it better because I’m a vegetarian person
