hello my baby is 9 month old ,he is on formula milk plus the solid diet actually he is not taking the solid diet properly but he is drinking the milk nicely so I wanted to ask should I reduce the milk quantity and if yes then how much milk should I give and how many times in a day

A. Hi, You should give min 300-400 ml of milk per day. If baby likes milk then try giving milk products like suji kheer oats kheer rice kheer etc. Give semi solid food 3-4 times in a day and rest give milk. Don't do forceful eating for baby. Give variety of food so that baby developes taste buds for different food.
