Q.
Hello!! my baby is 8month old,she is having constipation from10 days,her stool is hard.I'm giving her boiled apple for breakfast,lunch ( rice +moong dal) uggu any one vegetable ,evening boiled carrots,dinner home made uggu any one vegetable.before bed similac. I started carrots,beans, sweet potato,bell pepper,palak,amaranthus veggies for her? can you suggest me solution for this??
