Hello, my baby is 7and half months now. Her teething has started. Can see one tooth. She has no loose motions or fever. But she is very cranky since 3-4 days. Can we give any medicine for that which is safe

A. the eruption of teeth in the baby is physiological process baby will not have any vomitings loose motions or fever please message the gums of the baby with the finger and apply dento gel or zytee
