Hello my baby is 7 n half month and by today itself his nose starts running and the dry cough. Please prescribe me the good home remedies and what I can give him in meal in cough and cold?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, snd give warm vegetable soup, khichdi, lentil soup, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops
