Hello, my baby is 7 months and 5 days old can I give curd to him at this age and suggest more food items to feed him now.

God is sort of like a super food you know you should give it to the child every day twice in a day morning and night you can also give buttermilk to the child separately if you want one or twice in a day so basically this is a very healthy bacteria it’s a very healthy option to be given to the child
