hello my baby is 6 months 26days old.. from 4 days what ever he eats or drink milk immediately he is having motions daily atleast 4 to 5.. should I consult the doctor

You give neopeptine drops One ML to your child twice a day for five days it is just indigestion your child’s body is not able to digest the food which is why your child is immediately passing a motion try giving these drops these are one of the safest options if you still feel the situation is there then you consult your doctor ones
