hello my baby is 5 year old and he is hyper active child his weight is 20kg right now can you plz suggest what should I feed him.

A. Hello! Give your child home-cooked, easy to digest food. Include protein-rich foods like sprouts, dals, paneer in the form of sprout chat, dal tiki, paneer frankie etc. Also, include nuts, dry fruits, millets like ragi, jowar etc. Add fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables to his meals regularly.

A. Healthy options include fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken, turkey, fish, lean hamburger, tofu, eggs), and whole-grain cereals and bread.
