Hello... my baby is 4yrs old since 3dayz my baby is not having food properly, frequently saying stomach ache n passing bit loose stool but not watery n she is active.. cud some one tell me what can I do

That is probably due to stomach cake only you should get a check with your doctor ones maybe there is some issue which is why your child is neither eating properly not able to pass motion in one go do your child is active that means there is no major thing but still it’s important to get it checked once
