Hello my baby is 4 month old he has some small light white spots on his upper arm is it anything to worry about?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the times the white spots baby may be having that because of vitamin deficiency sometimes because of simple dryness of skin but it is not possible to tell without physical examination
