Hello..My baby is 3 yrs n 4 months old , having fever (102) from today afternoon all of a sudden,,,,,, if im feeding some food to her she is caughing n then vomiting all the food including any medicine also...Can plz somebody suggest me what medicine should I give for fever ???? and why is she vomitting????

A. give syp paracetamol 250 MG 3.5 ml in 6 hourly.. try to give medicine with dropper slowly.. See your baby's doctor if he doesn't improve, n keep vomiting. tc..
