hello...my baby is 3 years old...nd he has 18 teeth....is ir normal..bcoz I heard that 3 years old baby has 20 teeth normally....plz reply me

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam do not worry about this generally the babies in 2.5 to 3 years attain all 20 milk teeth but if your kid has not got that you can wait for 6 more months and after that you need to visit a dentist.
