Hello, My baby is 3 months old and taking breast feed. I am having cough and fever. Can i takr paracetamol like dolo 650and other cough medicines?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. yes can take you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain as well as for fever paracetamol can be taken maximum four times per day and it has to be taken after some amount of food the pain or fever doesn't resolve then it is advisable that you should visit the doctor

herMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hey ask your gynaecologist or physician. They will guide you the proper medication during breastfeeding. Even I got cold and fever last week now I’m recovered. Don’t panic and take rest n take care
