hello..my baby is 21months old..his weight is 12kgs.but suffering from too much cold ...blocking nose at night time..what i do...ny medicine

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyreti frcs analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
