give small frequent meals add ghee to every meal
good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans
powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer
include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer but if the baby is active then it is usually not a problem and give your child well balanced nutritious food in the diet .. you can try to ensure banana avocado potato sweet potato ragi fruits and vegetables along with vegetable which will help in the growth of the child and nothing to worry
