Q.

Hello.. My baby is 2 years 4 mnths old from past 1 year i noticed a lump in his neck.but now the size of the lump is increased.and some new lump nodes are enlarged...his pediatrician was not worried about this.i am asking several times about the lump when ever we visit for check ups but doctor was not concerned about that lumps.and said enlarged lump nodes are common in children up to the age of 6 to 8 years. But I was concerned about this Plz reply me regarding this concern

A. Lipoma is a very common thing with kids and it is very common with any good I will not say it is in a specific age gap or something it can be there any time but if it is increasing and if you feel that your dad is getting trouble or the size is becoming bigger you can ask your doctor they need to get any test done for this
