Q.

Hello... my baby is 2 year old.. he have constipation issue . sometimes he cry bcz he's poop become very hard.. suggest something which il give him when he face this type of issue he will feel relief

A. com. Hard stool is common in this stage of kids as mostly baby did not eat fibrous diet and drink enough quantity of water . So same should be increased in baby diet and any medication shoukd be avoided . Lactulose can be given in babies more than 2 yr only .
