Some amount of gaseous trouble and colic pain will be there even after all medicine or proper burping . This will be normal as baby grow . Gastica drop can be given 3 times and meftal spas drop for pain .

That’s Probably because your child is sleeping very well through the day time which is why your child is not sleeping properly in the night time it’s very normal with kids to be like this because for first six months after their birth they have a very distorted sleep cycle bitch keep changing every 15 to 20 days
