hello ...my baby is 13 months old and has no teeth till now.... should I give him some calcium supplements?? also my baby has a tongue n lip tie.... should I get it assessed now or should I wait due to ongoing covid situation?

A. some kids get a little late and there is nothing to worry about can wait in the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in your baby's mouth you can wait for a month and so and get it assessed by a dentist in case anything needs to be done
