Q.
hello my baby is 10 months old... he is very light sleeper from beginning... I use to forcefully make him sleep... even during night he gets up a lot he is having less than 11hours sleep whole together... if I let him play so that he sleep himself.. he plays whole night but not sleep...do you have any solution for my problem.. thank you

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you should try not to make your baby sleep during the afternoon and video baby very massage the baby's feet before sleeping and maintain a good uncomfortable position . . .
