Hello My baby is 10.5 month old when he goes for pee his organ get bloom like ballon and when he done with pee it get back to normal is it normal?

A. probably the baby is having narrow hole in the profusion skin of the penis the reason it is getting balloon whenever baby is passing urine please consult a doctor for proper advice in this regard
