Hello My baby is 1 year 11 months old He is having fever since yesterday morning (fever aate waqt thand lagti he) Visited doctor, gave mefenamic for fever and synobriks for sardi But today early morning he got fever with body shivering What could be the reason

A. you can continue medicines for three days and after that only you take a follow up with your doctor not before that because if it is a viral infection it will go away in next 3 days
