Q.

hello ...my baby is 1 month 13 days old ..he has jaundice from birth till now and in recent test his bilirubin level is 7.9 mg/DL .Doctor suggested me to stop breastfeed for 24 hrs and I am feeding him now formula milk but my baby is not drinking formula milk can I give my milk in between with formula milk or should I give formula milk only or can I stop formula milk after 4 to 6 hrs and can give my milk can you please suggest

A. Hello mom Babies don’t accept formula milk easily but just keep trying and baby will start taking it. If your paediatrician prescribe you to give only formula milk so you should just follow the instructions given by your doctor. Keep trying again and again then baby will definitely accept it Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
