Hello, my baby has red rash in the folds of the skin under neck and under arm. She is 3 month old. Sometimes it looks like a slight skin cut and i can see very slight bleeding on these cuts. Is this intertrigo? Can i do any home remedy? Please help.

A. hello there..this is def.intertrigo.avoid moisture in this area and keep it oiled as much as u can by applying natural oils.keep it dry and soft.moisture will lead to fungal growth and it wil worsen and come in episodes so prevent it

A. Hellomom good evening, Mostly these kind will disappear on its own don't worry It will usually go on its own. Just monitor and check. If I doesn't disappear or if it spreading you can see your doctor. Its good to Leave skin free to heal faster. Don't apply lotions or creams or anything for few days as it may worsen sometimes
