Hello, my baby has fever temperature 100 from yesterday evening doctor gave paracetemol 120 syrup. Iam giving it every 5 hours to him but the fever didn't go down what is the reason

A. only the temperature above 99 degree f is is considered fever for that you can give calpol 3 times a day and cold sponging can be done but if it continues consult your doctor fever indicates infection you can give meftal p additional e
