hello, my baby going to complete 5 months in 3 days, we are feeding rice and dhal uggu, banana , sapota , carrot puree 2 times in a day. my baby making sounds while passing stool and it is very hard . we are feeding water and BM frequently. my I know the reason why she is getting hard stool and what need to do for loose potty

A. it is quite common in some babies have constipation but you are giving already almost foods to the baby give adequate water and all seasonal fruits to the baby like mango papaya banana
