Hello, my baby girl will be 3month old after 4days, from last few days she use to suck her hands,, as she have itching in her gums,, does it happen? teeth comes so early at this stage?if yes then what to do to relief her itching?

yes these are signs of teething and kids can get their first milk teeth as early as 4-6 months.
you can give your kid chilled silicone teething rings to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process.
