hello, my baby girl is 8 months old and I have started with solids but when I give her finger food she start to gag so what's the solution for that?

Then give a long piece of the finger food that you’re offering to the child I think that is going to help and still if you feel that the problem is happening and do not give it to the child for the timing it is not something mandatory that you have to do for
