hello my baby girl is 3 years old most of the times she keep telling her stomach is paining sometimes she does it for fun also to get what ever she needs, so iam worried how to know is it really stomach pain or is she feeling hungry and don't know what it is but she passes motion regularly and drinks lots of water also.
