hello my baby girl is 10 months old and because of financial issues iam started giving her cow milk is there anyone who can relate with me and suggest me how to give cow milk in proper nutrition way how much water and how much fat should be there in milk?

A. Hello mom its absolutely fine if you are not able to provide formula milk , normal solid foods can be a major part of his diet so soft consistency foods can be given. plant based milk can also be given such as coconut milk , almond or cashew milk as well

A. Hey dear, I can understand your situation but Cow milk is definitely not a good choice for babies...this said by may researchers. Try some good formula milk as per your doctor recommendation. I can suggest you Dexolac formula milk stage 3, this has got 36vital nutrients required for baby's overall growth nd development. And also it prevents from colic and indigestion issues as it has pre biotics in it. Give it a try talking to ur doctor.

A. hello for 2 months if you are able to manage with the infant formula milk it would be better but otherwise it would be better to take a concern from your doctor and you may have to dilute and give the cow milk which would be better and safe for the baby
