Then Maybe your child is just trouble with some of the other infection which is very common at this age so I think that is why your child is getting fever every now and then or your child is on low immunity maybe which is why this is happening every now and then sometimes the reports are normal there is no internal issue or anything but it is just that maybe your child is exhausted fast so tired very fast which is why I also fever can be repetitive
