Hey it's okay. Is the baby on breast feed? Breast feeding babies can go without poop even for 7-8 days. Make sure you take enough liquids. If the baby is on formula then you can change the formula on suggestion of the doctor. You can give Aptamil Gold stage 1 formula with prebiotics and HMOs. Prebiotics help in growth of good bacteria in gut which helps in dealing with stomach related issues like colic, indigestion, constipation etc. Also, it's closest to breast milk because it has HMOs. HMOs are third largest component of breast milk.

the child is crying due to colic pain (due to gas) and not due to the reason that the child has not passed the stool.
infants may not pass stool for 10 days also and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solidx it is not constipation. you can consider constipation only if it is hard and dry stools.
you can give anticolic medicines and meet your doctor.
burping / upright position for 20 minutes will help in decreasing thex gas and future colic pain
