Q.

hello, my baby boy is 3month nd 10days old...since a few days before...he is having a lot of problem of gas and constipation...no medicine nd home remedies work....i am giving him collicaid nd gripe water but nothing worked..kindly suggest something....

Hello mom You have to basically take care of your diet And avoid gas forming foods and any particular food that you been consuming has been not going down well with the baby so kindly observe yourself and avoid use hing in in your meals and also take some jeera or ajwain or saunf water regularly
