hello..my baby boy is 2 yr old and he does not want to sleep early at night..it makes me very difficult to take him to bed for sleep even though i make quiet environment for sleep...how to make 2yr baby easy asleep...

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is very important that you should avoid TV mobile and laptop and increase the the physical activity of the child during the daytime
sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child
you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
If the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time

The sort of behaviour get normal why you soon while your baby grows of till the time you should always keep trying and off the lights and make a silence in the room they are baby sleeping if you will start doing it continuously for next few months then baby will start sleeping on time
