Q.

Hello, My baby boy is 17months old.. He usually wakes up every two hours in the night.. His dinner time is 9pm and usually drinks milk after that and sleeps.. what could be the reason for his sleep disturbance? is he hungry or scared or something else? please suggest. thankyou

A. hello dear mum , this is common in this age group as child is learning to still bridge one sleep cycle to another so wakes up in between n needs soothing to go back to sleep having fixed sleep time not late , sleep routine helps
