hello! my 8years daughter having fever and i gave her mefkind but after 1minute she vomit everything and i gave her the second time again she vomit so what can i do now please suggest me

A. relax, wait fir few more minutes, give some water to her, if she vomit it imidiately thengive her syp ondem to control vomitig first. then give her syp pcm for fever
