Q.
Hello, my 7 month old wakes up every hour during the night and takes feed for 5-7 minutes. I'm giving her solids as well but I'm worried now why she's awake so often because of that I'm unable to sleep as well. please guide!

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom their will be changes over a period of time in babies , it’s just a phase , make sure a decent time gap is maintained between his meal time and sleep time . So that food is digested well enough and also your feed - burping is essential.
Sometimes just because of habit they tend to wake up so try not to on the lights just try to pat them back to sleep .
Also try to lie down and feed them
