Q.

Hello, My 6 years old daughter has toothache. Dentist suggested root canal. However we are trying to avoid this till Covid pandemic persists. Another dentist suggested giving Augmentin DDS Syrup 6ml (3 times a day for 5 days). Do you suggest this temporary medication will relieve her pain till situation normalizes for root canal. Thanks.

A. hello mum giving antibiotics is just a temporary solutions and it is is not sure how long it will work it can give you sometime or sometimes it just gives a week or two so it's better to get the root canal treatment done
