hello my 4month baby got fever yesterday night thn I gave her parrcetamol 8drops at 12:45am now this 6am can I give her again paracetamol drops....fever is 100.5 I cant wait till 10 oclock fir doctor as it's very early

A. yesbyou can give if required every 4 th hourly or 6 th hourly give tepids water sponging maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water
